EJAAD Engineering Consulting provides studies, design and construction supervision for building and infrastructure projects.
EJAAD is also a property developer, so a single project can combine engineering expertise with the responsibility of the one who develops, builds and hands over.
Today EJAAD is developing Tilal Al Hamra in the Wilayat of Al Hamra, delivering its infrastructure and services and building its villas.

Developer and builder.
EJAAD is the developer of Tilal Al Hamra, and the development includes delivering the services and core infrastructure for the plan. For eligible applicants, EJAAD handles design, construction, finishing, air conditioning and the kitchen.

Competent authority — villas and chalets are built under permits and requirements approved by the Ministry; the eligible section serves those with prior applications at the Ministry.
